Jin Yu Lan ("Golden Magnolia") is one of the most fragrant Feng Huang Dan Cong oolongs from the Phoenix Mountains (Fenghuangshan) in Guangdong province. It is grown on individual tea trees in the highlands, where mists and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions.
The name comes from the expressive floral aroma, which recalls magnolia in bloom. Each Dan Cong ("single bush") keeps its own character.
