Lao Shui Xian is an aged Wuyi oolong of the Shui Xian variety from the small, distinctive Chang Xing manufactory, which specializes in select high-quality tea. It was made from spring raw material in 2020.
During production the leaf went through medium oxidation and repeated roasting; a so-called "medium fire" was applied. Traditional processing with a final charcoal bake produced a soft, smooth and multifaceted tea. Package: 50 g.
