You can do so by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer at TEA24.EU@gmail.com.
4. Purposes and legal bases for processing your personal data
The purpose of data processing is to conclude and perform a contract to which you are a party or to take steps prior to concluding a contract, including: selling goods or services, providing services by electronic means, for example a newsletter, managing an account on our website, implementing loyalty programs, posting opinions, ratings or comments, handling various requests (for example via the online feedback form), and ongoing communication with you in connection with the above. In such cases, the legal basis for processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking necessary steps before concluding a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Under applicable law, the legal basis for processing will also be the necessity of complying with a legal obligation imposed on our online store (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), in particular: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, handling complaints, and disclosing data to public authorities within the limits of and on the basis of the law, e.g. for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract. If required by law, we may ask you to provide information required by those provisions, e.g. a tax identification number.
