Alishan GABA oolong is a Taiwanese tea made from spring leaf harvested and processed on a small family farm. During production the leaf underwent moderate oxidation in a vacuum, and the final roast was delicate and light. This highlighted the refinement, tenderness and depth of the tea leaf.
The GABA content in the dry leaf is 230 mg per 100 g. It is a tasty, bright and friendly tea for many occasions, and easy to brew.
