Sheng pu-erh "Xiding Da Shu" from the 2025 harvest is a young Yunnan pu-erh from the Xiding region, one of the historic tea micro-regions of Yunnan Province. The words "da shu" mean large or ancient trees, from which the raw material is picked, and they give the tea its expressive, lively character.
This is a raw pu-erh that has not undergone accelerated fermentation, and it has a fresh, juicy profile. It suits those already familiar with sheng pu-erh as well as those who want to try a young tea from old trees.

- water at 90–95 °C: not boiling, so as not to scorch the tender young leaf
- first infusions of 5–10 s, then increase the time gradually
Western-style brewing:
- after the rinse, pour in water at 90–95 °C
- steep briefly, about 1–2 min, and taste to avoid excess bitterness
