Qing Tuo Cha is a traditional sheng pu-erh pressed into a nest shape (tuocha). The tea has a fresh character, delicate astringency and a long, sweetish aftertaste.
Sheng, or "raw," pu-erh does not undergo pile fermentation, so it keeps the brightness and freshness of young leaf. One tuo weighs 100 g, which makes it easy to brew in small portions.
