Shu Pu-erh Mini Tuo Cha (熟普洱迷你沱茶, shú pǔ’ěr mǐnǐ tuóchá) from the Kaishunhao factory (开顺号, Kāishùnhào) is a classic Yunnan shu pu-erh in the form of small single-serving "nests." It is a tea for everyday life: simple, full and consistent.
The base is shu pu-erh that has gone through accelerated fermentation in damp piles ("wo dui," 渥堆). This technique gives a dark, rich infusion, a soft taste without bitterness or astringency, and the typical aroma with woody, nutty and earthy notes.

Why You'll Love It
There is no need to break up a cake with a knife or a pick: one tuo cha (about 5 g) is enough for a brew in a gaiwan, a mug or a small teapot. It is easy to take to work, on a trip or outdoors. The tea holds up to many infusions: even after the fifth it stays fairly lively. A dependable everyday shu to wake you up without fuss.
