Yin Zhen ("Silver Needles") is one of the most prized white teas. It is made exclusively from young, still-unopened buds, so the infusion is delicate, with a subtle aroma and natural sweetness.
White tea undergoes minimal processing, which keeps the freshness and softness of the bud. Yin Zhen is loved for its delicate floral taste and a calm, relaxing tea session.
