Ningde Ye Sheng Lu Cha (宁德野生绿茶) is a wild-growing green tea from the Ningde mountains in eastern Fujian Province. "Ye sheng" means "wild-growing": this tea is picked from bushes that grow in their natural environment and need almost no care. This batch is from the spring 2024 harvest.
The leaf is picked by hand to preserve the delicate buds and young leaves, and then given minimal processing: fixing, drying and sorting. Thanks to this, the tea keeps the fresh character of the wild: the aroma of spring herbs and flowers with light nutty notes.

Why You'll Love It
This is an invigorating tea for the morning or the working day: it refreshes, helps you get focused and lifts the mood. Wild material gives the drink a lively, natural flavor that differs from familiar plantation green teas. How to Brew
- Gongfu brewing (short infusions): 4–5 g per 100–150 ml gaiwan, water at 80–85 °C, first infusion about 30 s, then add 10–15 s each time. Glass or porcelain ware lets you watch the liquor.
- Western-style brewing (teapot): 3–5 g per 150 ml, water at 80–85 °C, 2–3 min. Do not use boiling water: the tea will turn bitter.
Storage
Store in tightly closed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from light and foreign odors, preferably in a refrigerator or a cool cupboard.
